Me, I can't quite stomach paying $120 for a blouse that I can't wear with too many things, so I decided to pass on buying it. However, for those of you willing to splurge, I found it on ModCloth.com for slightly less (with a different name), so if you're interested, you may want to head over to the site and check it out before it's gone! They're selling it for $92.99, so I may seriously consider it myself! Such a pretty, feminine little thing, isn't it?
Parisian Patisserie Top from ModCloth
Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend so far!
It's definitely the same top, but hey, if I can get it for $25 less, I'll take it!
ReplyDeleteHow great that you spotted that! Mod Cloth also provides more details than Anthropologie does. I was wondering if the belt was detachable, and Mod Cloth says it is.
ReplyDeleteOK, I take it back, Anthropologie does say the sash is removable, must have missed it before.
ReplyDeletethat is a really beautiful blouse!! i definately love the detailing on it!

This is the original website of the designer (Darling)http://www.darlingclothes.com/. The blouse comes in three different colours. It is called the Willa Top and it costs 104 Dollars (sligthly more than on the ModCloth website, but less than on Anthro's). The advantage is that one can choose between 3 different shades: indigo, green and taupe :)
ReplyDeleteI find that Modcloth items end up being too short, sadly - let us know if you have the chance to see it in person!
ReplyDeleteI have been looking at all of the beautiful stuff over at the darling website all weekend! I love this top and I'm glad to see that modcloth is selling it for a bit cheaper.

It's actually a different blouse on modcloth, as their version is machine washable and the one at Anthro is not.
ReplyDeleteNope, it's the same exact blouse. Same brand and everything. I would never trust that thing for the washing machine, either!
ReplyDeletehmmmm, I just got it in taupe and now I feel like getting it in blue and green too. sigh, wish I could have it in ALL 3 colors. if only money grew on trees.
ReplyDeleteLove lace so much right now... great post!
